MUNICIPALITY VEHICLES

Suction Vehicle – MSV

High-capacity vacuum collection for liquid waste operations.

The MSV uses powerful vacuum systems and configurable tanker bodies for collecting and transporting liquid waste in municipal and industrial applications.

  • Vacuum Suction
  • Up to 2,500 m³/hr
  • Liquid Waste

The MERAJ Suction Vehicle (MSV) Series provides vacuum tanker configurations for hazardous and non-hazardous liquid waste collection and transportation. MERAJ can build the MSV on rigid, semi-trailer and frameless semi-trailer chassis with tipping or non-tipping arrangements.

Tank construction can use stainless or carbon steel, while capacity is selected according to the chassis and applicable axle-loading limits. The MSV supports fixed-body layouts using the MERAJ Flex mount system, anti-surge baffles, manhole access and optional hydraulic tank tipping.

Available air pumps range from 150 to 2,500 m³/hr, with rotary vane, oil-free, air-cooled, water-cooled and liquid-ring pump types. Municipal fleets that need high-pressure drain cleaning with the vacuum system can compare the MSV with the Combine Suction & Jetting Vehicle (MCSV). The MSV forms part of the MERAJ Municipality Vehicles range.
