MUNICIPALITY VEHICLES

Combine Suction & Jetting Vehicle – MCSV

Integrated sewer cleaning with powerful suction and high-pressure jetting.

The MCSV combines vacuum waste removal and high-pressure water jetting in one vehicle for efficient cleaning of sewers, drains and gullies.

  • Suction + Jetting
  • Up to 300 Bar
  • Sewer Cleaning

The MERAJ Combine Suction & Jetting Vehicle (MCSV) Series combines vacuum suction and high-pressure water jetting in one municipal sewerage service vehicle. Operation and maintenance use the main vehicle engine, PTO and controls, eliminating the need for separate suction and jetting vehicles.

The MCSV supports air pumps from 1,000 to 2,500 m³/hr and jetting pumps delivering up to 200 LPM at 200 bar. A hydraulically powered rear jetting hose reel, 180° swivel boom, optional suction hose cassette and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) support rapid sewer-line cleaning.

Vessel configurations cover water/sludge tank capacities up to 13,000 L and water tank capacities up to 7,000 L on 26-ton GVW chassis. Municipalities that require jetting without waste suction can compare the MCSV with the MERAJ Jetting Vehicle (MJV). All combine suction and jetting vehicles form part of the MERAJ Municipality Vehicles range.
